Dr. Olivia believes strongly in eating 100% organic, non-gmo ingredients and sourcing only the highest quality animal product. eggs & A2 raw dairy from high quality 100% grass-fed beef, lamb, bison & elk and pasture raised chicken sourced from local farmers.
Dr Olivia believes in the rotation of diets (diet variation) rather than eating one way & one way only.
Her dietary lifestyle however does mostly follow the CHD (cellular healing diet) & Ketosis ways of eating.
